Can I reduce my hours ?
Im a single mum and have young children. I'm struggling with the 5 day week and managing to keep up with home and parental duties, I also have unexplained fatigue for the last 5 to 6 years, which could be ME but still undergoing tests to see if they can find anything, I have asked about reducing hours and have been told its unlikely and that's it. Not sure whether to look for another job as finding myself very stressed most days worrying when I'm home about the next days at work and how busy it will be. Is there anyone I can talk to other than a manager about this?
Thankyou

Re: Reducing hours
Sounds like you need a higher platform, have you tried contacting HR?
