Hi, could someone please tell me if it is possible to get in touch with occupational health yourself. Part of my problem is with my Manager so I do not want him to have anything to do with it.

Contacting the Occupational Health Service
For general advice managers can access the Occupational Health Service Contact Centre, telephone: 0845 612 4123.

The Contact Centre is open at the following times:
• Monday to Friday 0900 – 2100 hours
• Saturday 0900 – 1300 hours

Only managers can refer you to OH.(because it costs money)
If you have been referred already and need to speak to them you can do it via HR (or that's how I did it)

Although, if you do not as yet, have a diagnosis, after more than 6 months of MRI / CT and other scans and tests, the OH service just says they can't give any advice, as to whether the OPG is eligible for IHR with or without access to pension, until you get a diagnosis...
