Bob Gibson – Outdoor
The Delivery section of the agreement, high on the agenda was concern over absorption and lapsing. HQ was already aware of this through members contacting HQ. It has to be said that RM do not share this view, citing a lack of disagreements or in principle disagreements to suggest everything was all right

its all bull

of course they know virtually all these job shares are a disaster waiting to happen....in my office they had the balls to come and test these new jobs out on a Tuesday saying yup there ok whats the problem  lmao

I have mentioned deliveries quite a bit actually.
Dingo I did ask you in a PM about network employees getting the scheduled attendance payments enhancements from 4 to 6 weeks but you have not replied to my question so do I take it either you don't know the answer or we are not getting the payment. I only ask the question as remember when we got the £100 Xmas bonus payment I asked our union rep at the time if we get the payment and he said we did but we didn't. The way the agreement has been written I just want to know for sure if we as network drivers have been included in this deal or have we been forgotten about?
I thought I would ask the union rep last night the answer to the question above and the answer came back I don't know. Now if you can't get an answer here and the union rep don't know how can you make an informed decision when you vote for a pay deal. I thought this was all done with legal experts but if the union and membership don't understand what is on offer how can you vote on it. I see they have extended the ballot so maybe they are finding out what the deal is and who gets what! I live in hope..
