Do I think the deal is crap? - yes it is undoubtedly the worst case scenario - what RM want RM get. Here we have the negotiating officers negotiating absolutely like a pair of amateurs telling the reps to "negotiate and agree locally" any changes and to treat each other with respect![]()

Will I vote NO - No I will vote YES. Why? Because you've got to know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em and it is time to fold 'em. Voting NO will only prolong the agony - these two aren't going to negotiate anything different because mentally they have already accepted and nothing is going to change that.
The next stage of the membership participation should be to get rid of these gravy train robbers and the quicker the better before we're standing at the gates, not on a picket, but wondering if we are going to get a days work!

From what i`ve read on hear so far people are saying a big fat NO, but i`m also reading that not everyone has read it in full.
remember :lfo words at the beginning of all this "there is no more money, this is the final offer" but there has been more money it was`nt the final offer we all stood strong and together, lets read this and then read it again and remember it is down to us to decide.
keep the faith

It's time to call to end to this farce, call for a vote of no confidence in Dave Ward. Forget Billy he shouldn’t have ever been in the talks. When the leader of the Postal section of the Union refuses to take his best negotiators into the room with him (Bob Gibson and Terry Pullinger) because they won’t agree with his s**t stance on moving the deal forward then his head should roll and the no vote is the start.

I thought we realised we had to change? so this proposed agreement deals with change, alright alot of it comes down to local level but it has to go through the IR framework, long and shorts are not ideal but at the moment we are working 8 1/2 hours now already on a friday.
this document needs to be read thouroughly and discussed before being thrown out.

"goodbye union ..im out .....keep my money in my paypacket good quote dude i think we should all do it"
Don't be bloody stupid. Campaign for a NO vote. It's your union, show the leadership that you have no confidence in them by voting the deal down.
By the way, according to my information the vote on the Executive was 9-5. Perhaps you better find out who the 5 were and get talking to them.
