RM don't buy insurance from anywhere, they self-insure. Even if RM are insuring the vehicle for such use, an individual would still have to inform their own insurance company that their job involves the use of their own car.
Royal Mail
failing the workforce, failing the public and deliberately failing mail on a daily basis for too many years.

Just to say that the manager was telling existing long term employees they no longer required the driver changeover.
Don't think any conditions or timescales was mentioned either.

I'd imagine the same would also apply to long term employees that haven't already driven for royal mail as the issue is the volume of people requiring the training.
