Well said, cornishrep. :Applause
Even if management have no pride whatsoever in their workforce, we can always take pride in ourselves and each other. :Very Happy

A no vote will be disastrous for everyone working below the level of DOM , why anyone working in the front line would agree to
Leighton & Crozier's idiotic plans is beyond me.

SOLIDARITY IS THE KEY TO OUR FUTURE, STICK WITH YOUR MATES , SUPPORT THE CWU. :wave

I also work at mdec, as I do not know if u r a Manager or even a cwu member, I am not happy to enlighten u to wot form if any i/a action that could take place. Also if u r a cwu member of long standing u would know of in past disputes how i/a takes place. To conclude in my years as a Royal Mail employee there have only been 2 national disputes.

Have FAITH from our area which is STOKE ON TRENT the feedback is a massive YES VOTE but then its not to difficult when you've had as many disputes as us over the year.

When this result is announced at conference in a few days time Royal Mail are goIng to be really foolish if they ignore us
theres still a few days of voting left get out there and make those colleagues who have'nt voted yet do so and make it a YES.

WE ARE VOTING FOR A FUTURE LETS GET A MASSIVE YES VOTE . BRING IT ON .

A STRIKE IS THE ONLY OPTION THIS TIME ROUND. AS I POSTED BEFORE, IT COSTS RM £300M IN FINES FOR 1 DAYS STRIKE. HOW MANY OF THESE STRIKE DAYS DO YOU THINK RM CAN TAKE. LEIGHTON MAYBE AN IDIOT, BUT HE DON'T WANNA BE REMEMBERED AS THE MAN THAT FINISHED THE OLDEST POSTAL SERVICE IN THE WORLD. IF THE UNION ANNOUNCE A 1 DAY STOPPAGE, YOU CAN BET LEIGHTONS ARSE CHEEKS WILL START TWITCHING AND HE WILL SEND HIS BOYS BACK ROUND THE TABLE. IF HE DOESN'T THEN IT WILL COST HIM ANOTHER £300M IN REGULATOR FINES. :so there :so there

VOTE YES. CWU, CALL THE STRIKE, CALL LEIGHTONS BLUFF AND GET THE NO STRINGS PAY RISE WE ALL DESERVE :Applause :Applause :Applause

One of the ways to win this dispute is shown in red on top of this web page.
Another way is stop using cars on delivery this will f**k up Royal Mail delivery's.

Another way you could pull out at random some key Mail Centres on a one day strike.

I am sure CWU HQ can think of many more ways to win this dispute but at the end of the day its up to the members whether or not that want a UNION to protect them.

The only way to win this dispute is by solidarity in any action you take. I already hear the comments about overtime and changing of contracts rumours to discourage any action.
Andy C. Price. Bitterne Manor delivery office.

A suspended CWU unit rep of seven years. Suspended for following instructions of his area delivery representative.
The area delivery representative still holds his position?

ImageImage Andy mate! You can't deny your ETHOS!! It's obvious to all of us by your posts, that you are one of us and you've got the shitty end of the stick. It seems to me you are trying to hold back your true feelings. Give in to them mate and put your hurt behind you, it's holding you back---------- A cementing over the KWAKImage
