Well you do keep sniffing others bums, and licking your privates what do you expect.
NB nowt wrong with seeing a counsellor it helps a lot and stops people internalising their problems. In fact the forces do it on request for their big and strong soldiers, airmen and sailors, if they witness anything that could cause PTSD in the future.

No DVBUK55, its nout to do with insecrurity regards me 1 bit at all, and workplace councellor is there in relation to a b&h case against a DOM! I do not worry and have not worried about these 2 individuals 1 bit i just read a post on here about people ignoring people is seen as a sign of bullying !!!! If you read through the thread you will see.

Quite right - she is probably the sort of person who has never asked "Does my bum look big in this ?" and whose neck is too big to look over her shoulder into the mirror so why not relieve her of the anxiety created by her over generously proportioned double seat warmer and tell it like it is. Some people may even find her attractive - and if they don't - their guide dogs probably will.

It took 4 years for the last manager to say he was sorry for B/H that i put up with,the only thing that really strikes me is that some of the harrassment that goes on in these offices happens to be managers doing it,especially in the present climate where each manager is being stood on from above,dont get me wrong im not saying that because of that it is exceptable so your right in not holding your breath.
