Since the agreement on culture change earlier this year. How many offices have walked out because of bullying and harrassment?

Surely it shouldn't take this long for change. And it's in everyone's interest to fix this NOW! Not tomorrow or next year.

There is no excuse for further delay and it's not fair to expect members to be subjected to this any longer.

Well ... They got an agreement for RM to conduct an joint IR/ER with the CWU over the DOM's bullying on proviso they return to work. So everyone starting on their time and finishing on their time. By the end of the week they will have Senior Union officials on site, together with Senior RM management from HQ in London. They will interview every member of staff in order to get a real gauge of his bullying and intimidation. They will be encouraged to speak openly and honestly. At the end of that process hopefully DOM gets either dismissed or moved into a bloody role where he has no one reporting to him to bully. Time will tell but they have assurances from senior RM Director and CWU National Officer that this will be dealt with. If it doesn't happen they'll be out again and the CWU will make it official.

Good for them, I hope they get a decent result out of it.

I believe that this needs to happen in every office that has ongoing b and h issues.
