Why have certain area dsm s instructed doms/linos to use today's wtl session to use the Royal Mail "offer" :left: as soon kind of propaganda sheet?

We had a whole session devoted to it, flyers all,over the office from those c***s at the courier "pay offer news flash". What a load of s**t.

The dsm then asked for feedback from the staff via Dom

How did they take it?
What was positive and negative from it ?

Blah blah

Farcical

Come back when we have a sensible year on year pay rise, a decent trusted bonus scheme that incenticives us, decent overtime rate, decent managers, truthul mail figures, a proper parcels strategy, a genuine commitment to our long fought for terms and conditions and finally no bullshit about our pensions.

In fact keep the pay rise, guarantee my terms and pay for another 15 years minimum and we will negotiate

Cant understand why DV, he,s been lugging a trolley around for years. Suppose it is a electric golf trolley though.
