What if reasonable adjustments couldn't be made to a vacant duty?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

No.
That only makes sense if Royal Mail's first priority in this situation is keeping everyone else happy.
It isn't.

Since we had our resign in January, everything had settled down ref my disability. We now have a temporary manager in who now wants to add IPS to my duty, which will alter my signed agreement,as agreed with previous manager. I believe this will cause problems with the delivery, and more importantly my health. I have been told to refuse the IPS on health grounds and if they want me to do this then they should refer me to Atos. Your thoughts on correct route to take

Have phoned rep told me to take out stage 2 grievance. Keep trying to get him over to office to sort this, hopefully he will turn up tomorrow morning, my first day back after weeks holiday.
I am to be asked to go on IPS, hence reason I need him there to sort this out.

Ah the old we can't get what we want, so we refer you to Atos bolloxs in the hope our probing questions to Atossers will yield what we want to hear.
How I miss it.
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.

A signed agreement is a signed agreement. Do what you have agreed - they will be in big trouble if extra stuff makes you unable to cope. You have the advantage here stick to it - ATOS will even back you up if you explain you have been fine since the agreement and any extra will affect your ability to do the job - don't worry - you are right and they are wrong, but that wont stop them trying it on!

Been there - got the tee shirt an all that lol!
