am i the only one wondering wherther or not we will be back payed on the pay rise, as that shouldve come in as of april 07. or is that what this 175 quid is?
this is a s**t deal, if it is brought in then royal mail have single handedly destroyed theyre own company!

The Â£175 IS the pay that RM will give you as back pay up to October 2007 (pro rata, so if you ain't full time you will get a % of that) if you vote for it. but you have little hope of acheiving the extra 1.5% in April 2008 cos' you've gotta roll over and submit to flexibility in order to get it!!!

Sold down the river again, shocking! I bet that the union are taking back handers now, this was a s**t deal and always will be! Whats the f***ing point, we had them over a barrel and we were the ones who got f****d! Dave Ward you should be ashamed for even putting this to your members! Shocking, you should be sacked along with those two other pr**s, crozier and leighton! Total let down, and i can't beleive that other thick members voted yes! Morons!!

Now all the surrender monkeys have had there way... And all the billy boy and davie boy arselickers shimmy up the Union ladder lets see how it effects the likes of the REAL workers... Im really trying not to be bias and angry at the PEC &HQ for this climb down from a row that we were winning.... How dare they keep us in the dark when talks were going on!!! BASTARDS i will never forgive the spineless fecks that agreed to it....

That news blackout was like cutting our throats... It killed the momentum and push we had going... The 77% was up for the fight and the HQ didnt know wot to do with all of us....

They shite it....

I think a clear out of the PEC and HQ need to take place... The percentage of us standing for the NO vote should push this with a WORK TO YOUR 318 stand as well... Put the ball back in RM and at the feet of the union bods that shuffle from hotel room and conference hall to the nice cushy place that is called SW19...CWU HQ....
