Hi, first post and all that, so hello.

I'm about to be made our office rep.

I for one am sick and tired of the things that go on in our office. Decisions are being made without discussion or consultation.
We're a SPDO and don't have an on site manager, so our office supervisor makes all the decisions along with his little side kick of a postman who likes to thing he is the boss !!!

I've made it my mission to change our office and make it more equal.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Hello, its my first post here and hope someone can help me.

I have a grievance case going on and its been going on for the last 8 weeks and need some questions answered with regards to my rights. I am a union member and have asked theses questions to them, but they are useless and in bed with the management and will say whatever i want to hear. Can a active rep contact me or pm me, will be ever so greatfull Thank You

Don't give up Storm,the reason people are asking you stuff is because they need your help.
Get onto your branch for training...keep hassling them.
And get rid of your rep...he sounds like a useless tosser.
