This says nothing about indoor only!!!

• Doing other work within your office: On occasions staff may be asked to undertake other work outside their normal duties. Employees would be appropriately trained, properly equipped and safe ways of working will always be in place.

This does !!!

You can only work a maximum 3.5hrs with 15mins travel and 15mins pouch off time outside and no more!!!

There is no upper limit for rural deliveries, you just have to work until your duty time (and if my office is anything to go by, over your time).

Our times are 0600-1415 mon-fri 0500-1145 sat. we work the wallingtons system [ 1week off in 6] and this amounts to 48 hr week, if you work the same system what are you working for 15 mins more a week, i.e. 48.25 a week, weel what ever system you use you are working too long.

what proposals are every one getting under phase 2 of the agreement.

The proposal that we have had is as follows:
Cover one walk for nothing, cover the indoor work if any one goes sick, and to take out half of our early s.a. and this is for 10 weeks in the summer. The outdoor work is subject of the outcome of the phase 3 trials
