SA rate is what 50p/hour more and breaks are not paid?

It's nothing amazing, however, if people are being told they won't be paid o/t at all, someone needs to think again

In our Sub office we haven't even been briefed that this is happening , let alone anything else

My bet is that we will find out mid week when the d2d arrive.......

We've been told that if we go over taking these D2D we will not be paid overtime. So that means the managers are going to be out all hours Thursday and Friday picking up loops from a lot of walks. Even if they paid triple time i wouldn't do it people do have life's outside RM but all they think is you have nothing else to do so work over.

Is S/A rate overtime being applied just for the days of the bespoke D2D, or earlier in the week also (when prepping and delivering 33.3% of the non-bespoke D2D items Mon-Weds)?

Is S/A rate overtime being applied just for the days of the bespoke D2D, or earlier in the week also (when prepping and delivering 33.3% of the non-bespoke D2D items Mon-Weds)?

I would argue that it should be paid all week,because the "bespoke" item will have caused extra work on the first 3 days,it should be interesting to see how they worm out of it.
