OK. As a close to this matter - I RESIGNED THIS MORNING!!

I was due my meeting at noon today for the verdict on my stage 3. Having spoken to my rep, and given that I was off AGAIN last week with my back, it was highly likely that I was about to be dismissed. I don't want any dismissal on my record, especially from RM so I didn't give them the satisfaction.

Have a new position now so hey....

I'll still be watching these boards with interest and contributing now and again but I wish all RM employees the best, both in thier personal lives and in thier fight against the corporate tyrants :cfo and :lfo

Well out of it , you've got your pride and self respect .RM does have a bad reputation and the voluntary sector that deals with getting people who have had injuries etc back to work will confirm that .

I don't believe any one is owed a living and RM is not a charity , most places would say we'll have to let you go but they wouldn't turn everything into a 3 part Disaster Drama like RM with snarling managers and it's good business not to end up on the Internet or in the papers
