Sorry although i don’t agree with Gazza but i do get his point! What has anyone under 30 or even 40 got from any TUC affiliated Unions? Not a lot except pay cuts worse terms and conditions and a longer working life and to me that is a piss poor sad FACT! What i have a problem with is people that moan and do nothing to improve the lives of those around them and themselves (about 98% of Trade Union members that moan but do nothing for themselves but just say i pay my subs why is it not working for ME yet do nothing else!) and Trade Union officials that are happy to see this continue even though the Labour movement (not the labour party that are even worse than our Union leaders!) is dying a death because at the moment they are comfy. Would love to see all Trade Union full timers abolished and only people or a group of people do the jobs they do for no pay except that they earn doing the job they and we do every day and we might see some change. Could you see Ward or PEC doing us over if they had to do for themselves every day that they expect us do? We even have a full time REP here on RMC that bangs the drum but has not been working full time as a postie for years! WTF is that about? Sadly Gazza is weak and selfish but we have bred that type of beast and we allow it to continue by poking fun and dismissing without at least acknowledging that because of our failures in the past his weak sad view holds some small merit.

Don't be fooled into thinking that Gazza is part of the disaffected and disengaged randompostman,there have been Gazzas around from the beginning of the trade union movement...takers but not givers,i don't ridicule him,he does a fine job of that himself but i won't stand for the hypocrisy of using the word "we" when what he really means is "me".

As for the rest of your post i can't fault it...it's as if i wrote it myself.

Gazza i went on strike last time. I Voted against the agreement but have to abide by the members wishes to accept the return to work transformation agreement. I take it that you will donate all your transformation payouts if you have not already received them, and your pay rise to your colleagues who actually lost money by standing up for what is right? I also hope you insist that you dont want the hour off your working week. Spineless people who take without shame what others have fought for are just a step above paedos.

What part did you not agree with? was it "Gazza is weak and selfish"? Was trying to be nice honest. Loads of TU members do express themselves along that line although his type is the worst it must be said. I am not fooled by his type and we have a name for his type that can’t be used here. Going to have some Sausage Chips And Beans to eat now as I am hungry.

A bit strong and I have never hurt anyone! £1000 fools folly I am sure £1000 will comfort you as I can't help thinking I have another hour of walking for the rest of my time...A dangled carrot is never far away from a donkey as they say.... I am sure many non Union members will also make the donations however remember Strike action is a failure on both parties to sort out their differences...

On a different but not really different note how many of your kids are being taught by 'strike breakers'?
At my kids school some of the teachers are out some aint due to the (that was clever) different teacher unions.

Same thing happend last time they (some of them) were out.
