seniority works because it is totally impartial does not matter how old you are what colour or race just how long you have been in the job. thats better then any other way you can do it unless you are one of those who likes to suck up to get what they want

Its the word Seniority that upsets me,

Can't they use something else...................Time served................or Sentence

I think TBT made a point, maybe unintentionally

have been on more stages than me and some have even had formal warnings

If the rewards of seniority had extras attached to it, so if you continued to be cr*p through the whole of your stay at RM and escaped every warning by the skin of you teeth, should you be at the same level as someone who is squeaky clean?

Nahh too difficult for the DIMs to manage and suppose open to their abuse ( Ar*e and Lickers come to mind!)
