The above is based on a 32½ hour contract, over a years service and basic leave entitlement.

As you can see for your 43rd hour and on, you will be getting paid less than basic rate!

Himaggen...the flaw in your maths is that a part-time member does not receive Overtime First 10 hours: £9.41 p.h until they have completed 40hrs...up until 40hrs they are paid single rate...

Over 40 and up to 50 hours is then paid at £9.41 p.h with the significantly lower rate over 50 hours.

This would explain why my SSPR rate is higher (think I wrote £9.628 on previous page), as being on a 22.5 hour contract, I have a larger delivery supplement defecit to be made up than yourself on a 32.5 hour contract. Which then in turn explains why my "first 10 hours" o/t over 40 hours actually gives less pay than SSPR.
