As for your piece about meetings

Probably more via members meetings, branches writing in etc.

. I cannot remember the last meeting which attempted to inform the branch. Oh yes I have only been a member a short time, so perhaps shouldnt expect to much from the union, but no meetings during the last 5 months, during a crucial period in our lives, is perhaps pushing it.

Why don't you ask your rep / branch for a meeting - thats not the fault of CWU HQ.

I never said the site membership wasn't representative - I said some posters weren't..... Much like in a workplace you have the more vocal members but also the silent majority.

If you want my honest opinion its a bit of a talk shop now with a few contributors dominating the board. I don't come on as much which is mainly due to family committments but I dispair of some of the shite that is written on here and the way every thread is hijacked.

In total agreement Lovejoy,i also despair of some of the shite written on here.
