It was the snarky way that person directed that comment at me with no bearing on the current topic and yet that person has twice broken what she preaches on here. I'm not making a issue of it as it's very petty "Rules for thee but not for me"
This topic is all about your mobile phone and your refusal to use it for work (though you may use it when at work??). Despite this self-imposed ban, you somehow have classified, internal-only work documents stored on your phone. Difficult? Petty? Hypocritical? You pick! What’s worse, you have then shared that classified content online. Although there is no personal data in what you have published on this forum, it’s still a pretty serious breach of the fundamental tenets of mutual trust and confidence as between employee and employer. Sackable offence if identified?

Rather than making the bald assertion that “that person has twice broken what she preaches on here”, ie me, please reflect on your own position. And please be specific and explicit if you’re going to allege rule-breaking by others. What rule have I twice broken/contravened?

Just saying - RM themselves post documents marked 'Classified - RMG Internal' on a publicly accessible website https://www.myroyalmail.com/universalservice

Get out and go enjoy the sunshine pal lol. :wave :Very Happy
Well, that added nothing to the discussion and frankly looked petty and childish.

Please try to be adult in your replies and answer the position, not the character if the poster.

'Classified' :left: :left:
But as the owner and creator of the document that is its prerogative to do so.

As for document classification, this is a standard business thing. Normal business docs fall into three general categories, though the labels used may vary throughout different businesses:

(1) “restricted”, ie, confidential info and on a need-to-know basis;
(2) “controlled”, ie, internal dissemination only;
(3) “public”, ie, for general consumption.

Government, police and other law enforcement agencies have further categories of classification.

I'm not making any bold assumptions, your clear intention on this forum under this topic heading is to "Highlight" I have posted something I maybe should not have done. You know management frequent this forum and are highlighting this hoping someone picks up on this and I suffer the consequences.
You have on this forum posted screenshots of your payslip and screenshots of the PDA and also Photo's taken on RM premises whilst at work.
You have also posted a comment requesting the possibility of asking another employee to photo "classified content" and send it to you.

TBT, I have to date shared on this forum: (i) a redacted copy of my offer letter; (ii) a screenshot from MyPerformance of activity for 11 September; (iii) excerpts from my payslip; and (iv) a photo of me stood at the rear of my van. I don’t know what else I can do to prove my bona fides. As I hope you will appreciate, it is difficult/impossible for me to prove or disprove a negative.

All the above are a breach of RM policy but I've done only what you have done so what makes you "Special" ?

Amazing that you as a "High Flyer" in the city prior to 2018 to becoming a Amazon driver 2018 - 2023 know such much about RM policy and terminology that has not been used for 10 years before you started.

I know your first response will be OMG I'm a female he's stalking me, bad man but you looked at my previous posts clearly so I looked at yours.

One minute your a DPR driver next your on a walk with a driver partner, one minute your walking across picket lines but then saying our picket lines held strong.

I'm fine you, Sweetheart ?

Funny how when you get a detailed reply as per request you only reply with short sarcastic response.

Showing who you are really now.

I’m beautiful, thanks, darling. Shame I’ll never be your sweetheart. Do you have a lucky other half?

You are clearly a complex character. Good luck in your future RM career, buddy. What, with your rigidness and belligerence, I hope it’s not a short-lived one.

Anyway, back to the topic in hand. Everyone has told you how unreasonable your “not using my own phone” stance is.

To add more context to this the DPR Supervisor is requesting I call him as he has codes to the Apartments I deliver too.
50 calls a day, reasonable ?

Seriously, Menditsa, I would never wish harm on you. I promise. We are all human beings, we all have feelings, and I wouldn’t wish harm on anyone. Don’t misinterpret or conflate two things. I have been pointing out your hypocrisy, not any breach of RM confidentiality.
