if the case of "going slow" by means of adjustment to duties under the Equality Act 2010, which means someone say for example bulging disc caused by years of heavy lifting. they choose not to leave and stick with it and run the risk of further injuries either through having to still earn money to pay off their mortgage or car off or partner no income.

by any means, much like every other member of this forum, they want to do what they can if their allocated delivery time, it's Entirely up to the descretion of that manager and postie if they'd like to go over to finish duty. Not whats going into question upon the why so many duties are too long is being ignored.

I feel that your arrogance trumps your common sense, so i'd be careful with how you word things, that can be classed as discriminatory or Law breaking in a working environment, god help you if your are a COM/Lead COM as you'd be in breaches of not only Health & Safety law but also Equality Act 2010.

i suggest delete the post and don't question such things again as you could land in VERY serious consequences
