Fishtank the reason I've put it out about the documents is appeal manager refers to them in her investigation and clearly as said there's no connection between two absences according to the rtw . So if rm can use them against you in that respect and dismiss you using rtw .they need to answer how they came to there conclusion of dismissal when all the paperwork isn't there . Believe me when I tell you that's not the only mistake . Another being phantom stage 3 being triggered when I was on zero . Rm need to answer these question my friend these are all relevant to where I am now .

Hi I've just recently been dismissed for absenteeism I was on stage two 17 days short off being returned to stage 1 .I've just had an appeal hearing against an unfair dismissal because my rep felt there was mitigating circumstance 1 being inadequate footwear provided which ended up with me having policemans heel and having time off , my question is are royal mail at fault for not providing me with correct footwear which led to me triggering stage 3 and dismissal

Ive worded my first post wrong it should have read r rm at fault for not investigating the connection between two absences due to planta facilits which led to my dismissal by triggering a stage 2 and later on finding out rm are missing documents relating to the second absence which formed part of the investigation . Well either you were or were not on a stage two and thence stage three thereby triggering the dismissal, regardless of the incompetence.
