No stick yet but how long can this culture keep going on...
Don't know how many staff Hamilton has but for just saying 70 staff members standing together there must lie some very deep problems especially if they all never returned to work.

Come on cwu must be very serious problems lieing for this to happen

guessing that meet was purely about our pensions so probably not the stage to stoke up the fires re B&H but how long and how many of these walkouts must take place before the full cwu members can decide enough is enough?
surely they have people reading this forum alone which maybe a tiny amount of members but combined with numerous calls to area reps that must happen all i see is it brushed under the carpet,
it appears that they are in bed together and just want to keep us all isolated, i do often wonder why i pay subs

And the sector manager this can not be tolerated.
For 70 guys to lose wages coming up to Christmas must be some serious issues

I know that it's due to the Dom threatening postie's to complete and go past time. Threats to remove walk holders etc. They had enough.

We done this a year ago in falkirk. Yous will be promised mediators etc. we got mediators in around a year ago and have still not heard the results and still have our same manager.

hamilton still out until tmrrw
words will be put to them to enable return to work tomorrow

same old
div reps sit down with rm mgmt talk about problems
promises on both sides to sort it out

same as every other office forgotten about after reps and mgmt leave
same as kilmarnock who are not far away from hamilton btw
and to all the reps and such in west of scotland we are watching and waiting
they might/will return but the hatred for rm mgmt will never go

Worse than useless. Just about every member of staff went up and spoke out but nothing came of it. Tensions still boiling away.
