It's very important during cases like this, that you ask for a copy of the ATOS report. Otherwise, only the Manager will get a copy, and will have you at a disadvantage during the interview. Don't forget, ATOS are there to try to back up RM. So if there is anything wrong in there, you will have a chance to go through it with your Rep, who can get any advice needed, in plenty of time before the interview.
I wouldn't still have a job, if they counted accidents at work in the Stages. Admittedly, that was quite a few years ago, and things might have changed. But I seriously doubt it.
