This strategy for the first time means that Delivery Times are the ones which the Mail Centre , Network , RDCs have to Plan to ensure that Delivery Office start / finish times are not moved as a result of upstream changes.

Space you really think out of the 37 Mail Centres that you cannot planned an option which means that each duty has by October 12 mins of their working day without impacting on delivery times especially as the only real change in October is the Later Acceptance Product.

Dream on. All MCs shifts go to the wire anytime of the year, when the time gradually gets taken off the start of the shifts, the work will be processed later and go out later. We could always send more manual out to DOs instead of sequencing so much mail. All MCs are very short staffed

So with the later finishing times and eventually everyone finishing later .No postie can play or watch sport on Saturday.

Haven't been able to that at my DO for the last 7 years with the 3pm finishing time since P&L was introduced.
