Contracted Hours Issue

Overal I guess not, but my name is at the top of a list for going full time. Anyone who is part time but above me doesn't want to go full time and the ones that do are on the list after me. Apparently I'm priority.

You may be priority but as I have advised others, just be careful what you wish for, those pt staff above you are entitled to the hours before you regardless of who is actually working them at the moment, so they may say they don't want a ft job or extra hours now, but when push comes to shove and they go up for signing for they may take them and as a result you may actually find your own hours are reduced down to your contract hours as a result, just warning you

if your office is not reviewing the hours then get the rep to put in a disagreement over it
