I'm 400 miles north of the Thames and i'm voting no and will be looking out for the next EC elections

Well personaly annd I believe collectively we cannot afford to wait for next years elections. Ward et al must go now. This proposed deal bargains away our rights, no question, no improvement just managed defeat.
