I got busted on Sat for not throwing enough work in ,it's in the 'Prep rates for RM2000 ?' thread.
Now a few of us go for bout 2 fag breaks after the ips,usually last bout 5 mins each,and my DOM mentioned my fag break during out little chat about me not throwing enough work in.
So my question or rather questions is............
What's the deal on this grace break malarkey?
Also can he stop me having a fag if he wants to?

pretty sure i've seen on this site somewhere that 1 office was paid £300p.p to do away with grace breaks . so am fairly certain that grace breaks are an entitlement.
