individuals may flex their duty times by up to 30 minutes on any given day
As I said its probably just me but that wording seems to imply that we can lapse every day of the week if we want.
I know it's a moot point seeing as lapsing is voluntary but there seems to be a concerted attempt to shoehorn some wriggle room into the wording so as to cause a little confusion.
"A third of the world's farmland is now useless due to soil degradation, yet we still keep producing mouths to feed. And what's you answer to that? Energy saving lightbulbs?"
I don't flex as I don't get paid the time nor am I given the time back flexibility is a two way street with management only having one way streets on their plan so I will not do it anymore for they cannot keep their word on this and other agreements JUST SAY NO.

Sorry lads even if I knew I couldn't tell you why anyone stops posting, it is the nature of a forum though - people have a real-life, or they just get disinterested in the site and move on.
I do miss his challenging posts though.

I believe the best way to achieve this would be limiting the number of times of flex per week, and give the time back on the same week. Ideally one, but 2 in days of pressure.
