I wud ring your rep or area rep dinho1, just thinking how i would feel if it was me!!! I think it sounds like to me they are using this to try and mayb get you back to work . Find out about it..keep us informed here.. If that was the case i would be checking who else is off sick and see if there duty has gone up on the board as well and if not well then you have a case of unfair being victimised!!

Also would you base it on Gross or Net Pay - with or without allowances. Would you include Tax Credits = far too many pitfalls for it to work.

lucky you ... our delivery spans are 4 /4 hrs - 5 hrs depending on the volumes of mail and this was negotiated by our former union rep and our former manager without the walks ever being tested

and yes i tired to point this out to both of them and it was still steam rolled in as our union man wanted his money for agreeing to implement the duties, before anyone else in Ayrshire :lfo :cfo

all duties are 3 and half hours max after that over time and no way can they make u do over time ,work to rule

I haven't the faintest idea how it would work - it sounded off the wall to me, as a part timer my earnings would obviously be lower but 20 years seniority, thrown down the pan for some greedy sod working 70 hrs a week - n

If this is happening now - wtf is it going to be like on an office to office basis. Next you'll hear "we are going to re-organise on a best practice system" and every s**t system going will be lumped into the "norm".

I'm going to learn Polish and see what it's like working there!

What happened to the MTFS agreement is this the shape of thing's to come i'e bend over backward's for royalmail and to do away with seniorotory!.
