Although you folks can use Temp staff or some MCs use temp staff. It is not that easy or common in delivery, hence some part timers are working many more hours than there contract...
And back to the original thread, they are being screwed out of holiday pays. Lets say 4 weeks holiday at an underpayment of 12 hours for some 27 hours posties - that is a lot if we think of it nationwide.
