Accused of wilful delay

the area rep knows about it but He says my cut off time is 19.50 even though I have to travel back to another depot and unable to work over my time.

the cut off time will be in the duty 318 for that collection, it should show the earlier time and also the travelling time back to the other depot, simple answer is did you work to your exact finishing time and followed the correct procedure to inform the dom that you could not complete?

So my duty structure is

19.35 19.40 unload vichele and hand back keys
19.40 19.50 drive back to depot were I got the van from.
My manager has suspended me from outdoor dutys pending investagation because I cut off at 19.35 he says my finish time is 19.50 dispite having to travel back to depot and unable to stay over time.

When you say you 'cut off',What part of your duty have you not performed?
