Has anyone managed to open the embedded attachment of 'background info' in LTB699? If so, can you post it up here as a separate doc?

I don't know whether something is wrong with my software or if the problem is with the LTB699 doc itself, but it won't open when I try, and I wanted to read it in advance of the National Briefing tomorrow.

What a pain in the arse it is when CWU HQ send out important docs as embedded files...
