Is this a reasonable adjustment? - your thoughts please

In the time honoured words of ATOS "this is ultimately and decision for a tribunal". That is should you wish to pursue the case and Royal Mail contest your case. Personally speaking i think that you could end up loosing hours if you are only able to do the delivery content of your walk, that is assuming that you are full time.
How about a bike as reasonable adjustment? That would throw the cat amongst the pigeons!

Just part time 20hrs = easier to get rid of me than give reasonable adjustments! having one last try to get them to see reason then the Tribunal will indeed decide! I Like the bike idea - must see if I can still ride - unfortunately I doubt it! lol
