i work in an office full of spineless weasels ,complaining all the time but not the balls to stand up to the bully boy management style crozier and asda leighton have instilled in them come on think about the future no docket, flexi shifts ,no pension and what about new entrants with there 4hour a day contracts no future :lfo :lfo :lfo

My unit has these idiots who come in very early and rush around .. we call them 'Muppets' .. The prob is that they openly discuss members who 'Do the job properly' .. with the management & accuse THEM of taking the p*ss! They also .. are the first ones to crit the Union & me as Rep! Luckily .. more & more members are letting the penny drop .. re a system totally approved of & actively encouraged .. by management. Some Posties however .. are still their own .. worst enemies!!!
