Well half our workforce stayed on a 1 in 6 whilst the other half voted for 2 in 6 and guess what? Murmurs of management wanting to remove the 2 in 6 , whilst he 1 in 6 want to move over to 2 in 6.
Hindsight its such a wonderful thing isn't it.

Work 40 hours instead of 39.
Have your normal rotating day off.
With the extra hour banked use that for everyone to get 1 in 6 (extra) Saturdays off.
