managers gave us 30min prep time this morning then everyone round sorting. after sorting just had time to do re-directs and tie up before meal relief. and they are wondering why mail isn't getting out the door. can barely see my frame now. :dance

Pistol I Be No Sherlock But Your Frame looked Pretty Like Mine Not A Suasage In It... We did not have any strike breakers so we had no mail sorted, the coffee and bacon butties were good though RegardsTurpin

yeah the "strikebreakers" were told to throw up the walks but were very selective on which ones they did and didn't do,anyone outside came in to bare naked frames,anyone who had a lie in had thier strike mail prepped..backfired though as our rep's on the ball and went straight in the orifice..hence my earlier post me thinks.. "they were throwing off our strike mail!!! POETIC JUSTICE!!!!!!!!"

In our mail centre there is not a free york anywhere they stopped us going out on collections to pick more mail up as they said there was no more room for mail :)

Our driver got into Bradford and said he may as well have thrown his collection mail over the wall, he could not get near the landing!
All this as a result of that not very well supported strike that didn`t cause a backlog.
