Even more amusing is the fact I've only been in a mail centre once in 24 years................it was at a standstill, everyone had gone home early

Deliveries have been buggered about since 2007 and it has got progressively worse, but whatever comes, as long as we keep a sense of humour and proportion, because it's only a job, then its all good

As posted by FT elsewhere, the start dates of things like these were based on a vote being done in December, but it was pushed back (more than once).
It was to start after ratification of the agreement, so at some point soon.
