Spoilt little children do this when they are not getting what they want.
This is just petty. They're losing the battle.
KEEP UP THE GOOD FIGHT.
This proves that we're winning!
We aint winning if we get f****d over for pay without any proper communication from the union rep are we?
I am now overdrawn on my bank account due to insufficient funds because of this weeks pay. A bit of forewarning from the union rep would have at least let me make othe plans.
Now I am another £35 down to strike action due to bank charges.
I have now lost faith.
Stick the strike up you arse..........I'm looking out for number 1 now.

Heres a tip for some folks who are now overdrawn because of IA.
Once i was overdrawn by 50p in an alliance an liecester account, they charge me £18, the charge , put me in the red the week after by a fiver, charge £18. I changed banks.
The halifax high interest account charges you the same as the interest you recieve for being overdrawn. 3years ago, i bought a car, a grand overdrawn, charged no mre than a couple o quid an it took me 2 months to clear. And to boot, you get 5.5% interst on you first £2,500 of savings.
If anyone complains of large charges for being overdrawn, change banks. Simple. The Halifax high intersest account is one of the best accounts on the market. Next week after your picket line duty, pay a visit.

Lovejoy posted this a couple of days ago:
So, can the union take legal action over this?ARGUS

2007 pay bulletin number 112
4 DAYS PAY
We are aware that managers are briefing that 3 or 4 days pay will be taken out of this weeks wages.
Given that fact that Royal Mail pays our wages it is impossible for us to know whether or not this is going to happen. The national union have written to Royal Mail over this issue and as soon as they have received a reply we will let you know.
IF the 4 days pay does come out of one week’s wages then this will be a clear attempt by Royal Mail to starve us back to work.
There is no hiding behind the fact that many of us (including plenty of CWU reps) will struggle if 4 days pay is taken from one wage slip. This will obviously lead to members questioning whether they can afford to continue with the strike action. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT ROYAL MAIL WANT!
Now is the time for us to stay stronger than ever. IF Royal Mail takes 3 or 4 days wages from us then we will know they are using it as a tactic to break our resolve.
The best answer to this would be to do everything you can to make ends meet until the following week when you would receive your full wages. The other answer we should all give is to pack out our picket lines in the event of more action being needed.
We have come so far as membership it is unbelievable. 8 days of rock solid action must not be wasted. IF MEMBERS WEAKEN ON DAY 9 THEN THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT WOULD HAPPEN!
OBVIOUSLY WE ARE STILL UNAWARE WHETHER THE PAY WILL ACTUALLY BE DEDUCTED BUT WE FELT IT WOULD BE BEST TO MAKE YOU ALL AWARE OF THE THREATS YOU ARE BEING FACED WITH. WE HAVE BEEN HONEST, OPEN AND PROFESSIONAL THROUGHOUT THE DISPUTE. THIS WEEKS PAY PACKET WILL SHOW ROYAL MAIL FOR EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE.

(then i'm going to ask the bank for a loan...lol)

Great response, Pistol.
It would be a great reason then for people not to use their private cars as we can't afford to buy petrol remember it's them that hasn't paid you. Whatever they dish out you have to throw it back to them tenfold. It is hard having 4 days pay docked from your wage believe me I know but think of all the lads and lasses from Liverpool and London that have been out since Wednesday, they stand to lose a lot more but they are carrying on the fight fighting for their principles. The only people anyone should be angry at is the management for doing this to us in the first place. Don't blame the union. It's just management's way of divide and conquer and like has been said, starving us to not go on strike. That's why no overtime has been paid and why we are not delivering door to door items.
Stick together stay strong. We can't let them win.
