Thanks, does anyone know then how/when the 'Colleague Shares Bonus' was calculated?
We have some OPG's who have recently been upgraded to Full from Part Time, the other two bonus's were paid at £200 and £100 but this at a presumably Pro-Rata rate.
I'm just wondering if there was a cut-off date, perhaps prior to their upgrade, at which the rate was calculated.
