High-visibility waistcoat (Class 2)
Should be worn by other road users, especially in conditions of poor visibility if the stormproof (Class 2) is not worn.

Must be worn by all employees on cycle delivery on public roads.

Should be worn by all employees on driving delivery (including collections and rural deliveries) when out of the vehicle.

When on town delivery, employees other than those on cycle deliveries should use their own judgement, but must always comply with any local risk assessment requirements.
