Just sent an email to AC.
Dear Adam,
During job & go we were our own worst enemies. We came in early, skipped meal relief, took our cars & carried overweight bags so that we all benefited. Posties finished early, customers got their mail early & Royal Mail got work done for nothing unless it was an extremely busy day.
Now you have shifted the goal posts from job & go to work your full hours. There is no incentive to rush round and so all that will cease. We will do our jobs properly but as you will find out that will mean more cut offs or more overtime because there is not enough time to carry out IPS, prep our walk, have our meal relief & deliver the mail by doing it all properly.
I don’t believe this will be the scenario but let us say that somehow you get us back to work and agreeing to this whole flexibility thing then you will still lose. All you will have achieved is to win the battle but because you have lost any good will from us, the posties, you will have lost the war.
Yours faithfully
Wonder if will get a reply

Nailing Crozier on pay
Any further emails to Crozier should ask what grades of workers are included in the calculation which gives the average pay of £440 pw - this will show that this is probably a company-wide avaerage excluding Crozier, the chairman and other directors cos if they were counted in then our average pay would be at least £880pw lol.
The Ask Adam email line is answered by a small customer service team btw - probably being expanded as we speak.
