When the first strikes appeared, we did a rota on the sick. The early boys covered our lates an vice versa. Most of us boys made more money than we lost. Try it, it works. I tend to collect everyone's courier and use it to line my guinea pigs cages saves a small amount on sawdust.
Been doing car boots all this week while on holiday.
