Only way to deal with it, this requires a united office and nationwide after all we can turn the agreement back at them, we are NOT required to work beyond our time. I fully intend to utilise that.

Nope - It was put forward to RM but the customers wouldn't have liked it. I agree, if I was trying to use D2D's to advertise my business I wouldn't want them stuck in an envelope with loads of other firms stuff.
Bring 'em on RM - More D2D to prep means I'm cutting off, spending less time walking around delivering and my cut-off means more OT for those who want to take it.
Ah yes - how engaging that the union has just agreed a trial of "wrapping" the D2Ds which will mean that there could be many more with less prep time because only one item will need to be thrown off - wonderful.
If you don't want to do D2D then you don't have to.
Just tell your DOM you won't be doing any, take your rep as a witness and then go home and put your feet up.

This should be the way everybody works now.. . Unfortunately the new starters no,no different. They feel under a massive amount of pressure to get things done and are being told ( at least by our management ) that they have to complete come what may. We are trying to bring them round to our way of thinking but for a new starter whose keen and needs a job having a daily battle with management is not the best way to help their trial period.
