We will be asked to go on strike and it will be hard on a lot of people financially and mentally. We all know how it works. A far more acceptable stance in the eyes of the lads and lasses is simple - work to rule and beat them at their own game.

Hear hear Stormproof, I would like to see them pay their way once they are on minimum wage and no sick pay in three years time. They will be asking for the Unions help then when its too late.

Its time to fight now, if we dont we are all (including managers) heading for very very hard times.

Can we trust the current CWU leadership to lead us to victory?
They have thrown in the towel far too early, and snatched defeat from the jaws of victory, and had us all walk back into jobs far worse than before we walked.
And that has been the story for over a decade now.

I'm trying as hard as I can, to try and summon up some trust in those charlatans, but I just do not trust them to match the strength and determination of their members.

That last betrayal, could prove to be just that, their last betrayal. And that, only because a huge swathe of the membership have lost all faith in Billy Hayes and Dave Ward, and the whole NEC if truth be told.

I'm sorry lads, but right now, I would vote 'NO' to going on strike. We haven't come back from a strike as winners since Adam was a lad, and I don't see that changing any time soon under the present leadership.
