we have been told that a postie of 40 years of age with 20 years service will lose £61,000 from end pension if changes go through. It is robbery as Woody Guthrie sang "some rob you with a six gun and some with a fountain pen"

now correct me if im wrong ok. robert maxwell knicked the pension money and the tories made safe guards that happening so all well and good. the labour party get in in 97 and they lax the rules on pension policy on succesive budgets and take billions from the pension sceme to pay for a better britain, and the firms dont have to pay so much in. now gordon brown ows the pension fund and not just ours 500 billion pounds stirling and riseing, we are expected to get the pensions in credit again and pay for gordon browns election. am i missing something ???

STOLEN FUNDS

Post by coppertop »

Brown will not get involved with us cos he will not want to be drawn on how much the goverment has taken this could be extremley embarssing for him. As has been said they stole this money from us now they should put it back. Maxwell was basically hounded to death shame we can't do the same to those 2 p r i c k s running this show. 61 thousand is such a lot of money to loose , what we really need is a lot more publicity on this matter, and the union should really be trying to embarass Mr Brown whenever poss. It might sound a silly little tactic but no goverment about to call an election wants a nasty little rash hanging around

If enough posties got together and reported RM to the FSA etc for robbery who knows it might be enough to force RM to a climb down

its not robbery its failure to meet contractual obligations,we entered an agreement over our pension and paid our share, thet have not paid in their share and so have broken the contract
