Hello all
Great news. Royal Mail have backed down and giving me a National Appeal. Dave Ward and my Branch have pushed them into a corner and give them no choice. Strike on Sat 27th now off and we are going to put all the evidence to an independent person at the hearing.
David and Goliath story. Truth will win the day. Managers who have lied and covered things up should be investigated and answer for what they have done. Winning and getting my job back is good but stopping the victimisation of an elected Rep is far more important.
The Union is nothing unless we unite and fight against injustice. Thank you Dave Ward and Scotland No 2 Branch.

No I think it was one of those who thought that the best way to improve quality and therefore make your quality "bonus" was to have a list of exactly who it was who measured quality and make sure their quality was top quality at the expense of everybody else's quality.
