Why are they being allowed to do cwu work. What is your rep doing about this?

Union Rep does nothing about it. OPG's complain if the walks are not ready for when they go out; otherwise they cannot do their overtime (mostly) within their duty time.Lincox wrote:Why are they being allowed to do cwu work. What is your rep doing about this?
It really does beggar belief that this goes on .
The overtime kings and queens do not care that jobs are lost because of this. They only care about themselves.
Yet another reason for the state of offices.
Revision on its way in the next couple of months. I can hear the crying now ... when nobody will be finishing early or doing 'Ghost' overtime.
