when you went back to work on thursday did you fill in a sick note and have a chat with your dim ??

No, i never had any back to work interview or signed anything relating to Wed 22/06/11. He only asked in the passing what happened. He knows that was my day off because his is the same day, at least two other guys i know of called in when due to cover day off's on OT and were not put down as sick.
It was not until the absence in Oct 2011 i found out he put me sick for Wed 22/06/11. I put a grievance in about him at end of Oct 2011 on a number of issues, looks like ive got no option but to put in another grievance about this day on my record, im sick of him fobbing me off about it, he's never going to contact Sheffield to delete this day. This line manager has a select few who are his friends and always get the days off they want, get preferential treatment and so on, but if your not in this group he makes life crap for you.
