Sorry, using the excuse of working in a small office does not cut the mustard. Talking from experience with no support from colleagues and the only one to support the last strikes, I have endured all what you are talking about, and have stood up and been counted, and have pursued my grievances right through the system. I new I had right on my side and despite all the pressures from management and my piers to not rock the boat, I was not going to be treated in such despicable manner and now I can hold my head up high and know that these people will no longer take me for granted. Stand up for yourself if you know you have right on your side.
